The property consists of two houses with private grounds, the main property, Olcote sleeps 6 and the Garden house sleeps 4. The house is within 1 mile of the historic town.
There is a 15-20 minute traffic free walk to the village. Ideal for the larger party or two families the option of two houses gives ideal accomodation
You won't really know what relaxation is until you've stayed at Olcote !

Uzes is a historic, romantic, charming town in the district of Gard (30) within the region of Languedoc Roussillion.
The town itself has a castle and some lovely bars & retaurants. It is famous for the markets that take place on a Saturday and Wednesday, filling the whole town with colour and spectacle.
The town has many festevals, with the main one taking place on the first weekend in August.

The large pool is situated between the houses (see layout page) with a pool fence and pool alarm to assist with the supervision of small children. All pool and garden furniture is provided. The gardens are extensive, great for young children to explore and play. There is a Table Tennis room, basketball net and a "very basic" volleyball pitch!

Olcote is South facing and is not overlooked, it has a vine covered terrace and a fantastic balcony, ideal for having a cool glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the hills.
