NOTES
1)Rates include electric, changeover costs & a full set of linen
(2 towels per person, pillow covers, quilt cover, quilt & pillows)
2) We charge extra if excess rubbish is left at the property (this covers the local tipping costs) or if the property is left in a very dirty condition
(this covers the extra time needed for the change over)
3)We do not rent the Garden house in low season as there is no central heating
